Hatay Koşullarında Yetiştirilen Aşotu (Coriandrum sativum L.) Bitkisinin Yaş Herba ve Tohum Uçucu Yağ Oranlarının ve İçeriklerinin Belirlenmesi
Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) has widely usage as a spice in Anatolia. In this study coriander cultivated during season in 2015-2016 was investigated to determine essential oil rate and componenets. To determine essential oil rate fresh herb and seeds of coriander were analysed with Neo-Clevenger apparatus by the method steam distillation. Essential oil componenets were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) apparatus.
