Özet

Wetlands are the richest and most productive ecosystems in terms of water birds and other biological diversity that are naturally
or artificially formed, hold water permanently or seasonally, and have sweet, brackish and salty water features. In this study, the
hidrobiological characteristics of the lake (phytoplankton, macrophyte, zooplankton, macrofauna and some physicochemical
analysis) were investigated. In phytoplankton; Cocconeis pediculus Ehrenb., Cocconeis placentula Ehrenb., Encyonema
ventricosum (C.Agardh) Grunow, Chlamydomonas sp., in zooplankton; Branchionus sp., Keratella sp., Lecane sp., and in
macrophyte; Phragmites australis (Lav) Trin ex Steudei, were found to be abundant. In the macrofauna; Mugil sp., Pelophylax
ridibundus Pallas and larvae of insect were found more abundantly identified. According to physical and chemical measurement
in the Lake pH 8.0-8.2, dissolved oxygen 9.0-9.4 mg l−1, temperature 11.0-17.5 °C, total nitrogen 1.3 – 2.7 mg l−1, total
phosphorus 0.2 mg l−1, conductivity 336.1 – 635.2 µS/cm were found.
