Walnut tree are seen in a large area around the world. Moreover, because of the importance of its fruits growing area has been increased
by the cultivation. Walnut fruits has important using potential in such industries as food and bakery. Walnut fruits are settled in a woody
tissue named as bark. While walnut fruits are being used, barksa re broken and evaluated as waste. This study aims to present extractive
composition of walnut fruit bark by chromatographic analyses. 9,12-octadecaoic acid (% 41.38) and 9-octadecanoic acid (% 24.22) had the
most amount of fatty acids of hexane extracts. Stigmasterol (% 86.13) were the dominant compound in the acetone extracts as hydrophillic
extractives.
