Gökkuşağı Alabalığı Yavrularında Formaldehit Akut Toksisitesi

Özet

The aim of this study was determined the static acute toxicity and the corresponding behavioral changes caused by Formaldehit on Oncorhynchus
mykiss frys. The bio experiments were carried out with a pre experiment and two replicates. Experiment consantrations which were 0.05, 0.10,
0.15, 0.20 ml-L , according to Finney the 96-hour LC10, LC50, LC90 values of Formaldehit on O.mykiss frys was found as 0.05±0.01, 0.09±0.01
ve 0.13±0.02 ml-L, respectively. Relationship regresion between formaldehyde and dead fish numbers were observed positive-strong and R2=0.77
(p<0.05). The increase in the toxic reagent concentration caused respiratory difficulties, tremors, imbalanced swimming patterns and sudden jerks
in frys.
