In this study, incubation time, survival rates in the eggs and hatching larvae, embryonic development stages of S. trutta in River Ceyhan at the
temperature of 7.23oC and 8.21oC were examined. In the first experiment (7.23 oC), the first eye pigmentation in the brown trout eggs were realised
on the day of 35 and the larvae were hatched on the day of 56. Survival rates in the eyed stages were 84.50% and survival rates in the hatching were
82.27%. In the second experiment (8.21 oC), the first eye pigmentation in the brown trout eggs were realised on the day of 31 and the larvae were
hatched on the day of 51. Survival rates in the eyed stages were 86.65% and survival rates in the hatching were 80.96%. In the second experiment
(8.21 oC), the daily eggs samples were photographed and embryonic development stages were investigated. In the incubated eggs of S. trutta,
morula and blastula stages were in 1-9 days, gastrula stages were in 10-16 days, somitogenesis stages were in 17-30 days, the eyed and vascular
stages were in 31-50 days and hatching larvae was on the day of 51.
