Hypericum retusum Aucher’in Proliferasyonu ve Hiperisin İçerikleri Üzerine Farklı BAP Konsantrasyonlarının Etkisi

In this study, the seeds of Hypericum retusum Aucher germinated in the in-vitro medium. This plantlets cultured in the MS medium with supplemented different concentrarions (0.1 -0.25- 0.5-1.0 mg/L) of BAP (Benzylaminopurin). In view of number (52 shoot/explant) and length of shoot (2.58 cm) the best result was obtained on the medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/L BAP. Phenolic compounds(quercetin,clorogenic acid, hyperosid, pseudohyperisin, hyperisin and rutin) analyses was performed by LC-MS/MS method. The highest phenolic compound contents were obtained from shoots proliferated in MS medium in presence of 0.25 mg/L BAP. When the used BAP concentrations were increased the phenolic compound contents were decreased.
