In this study, Papaveraceae, Brassicaceae, Caryophyllaceae and Liliaceae which grows up naturally has six taxa and their chromosome number was
defined first time actually. These taxa are; Papaver tauricola Boiss. (Papaveraceae), Ricotia sinuata Boiss. & Heldr., Aurinia rupestris (Tenore) Cullen &
Dudley subsp. cyclocarpa (Boiss.) Cullen & Dudley, Hesperis podocarpa Boiss. (Brassicaceae), Dianthus erinaceus Boiss. var. alpinus (Caryophyllaceae),
Allium tauricola Boiss. (Liliaceae)as a order of floristic. Their diploid chromosome numbers were counted as Hesperis podocarpa ve Papaver tauricola 2n=14,
Allium tauricola and Aurinia rupestris subsp. cyclocarpa 2n=16, Ricotia sinuata’da 2n=28 and Dianthus erinaceus var. alpinus 2n=30. All taxa endemic for
Turkey except Papaver tauricola. Also, Ricotia sinuata regional and Hesperis podocarpa local endemic for Turkey.
