In this study, gases of emit from highway motor vehicles impact of basal area increment in a Pinus brutia Ten. stand was investigated at IspartaAntalya highway. Up to 60 m away from roadside, which damaged group of stand, was later identified as the control group. According to arithmetic mean for some stand characteristics statistical very similar (number of trees, mean diameter, volume, basal area, top height and mean height) have been found out in the damage group of control, damage group with t-test. The changes of annual basal area increment of single trees have been determined by measuring the annual radial increment (annual ring analyzes) from increment cores in 250 trees which are in the control group (125) and damage group (125). As a result, it has been observed the decreases in the damage group according to years at the basal area increment (%2-74) and for the arithmetic mean 27% decrease have been identified.
