Thalictrum aquilegifolium, T. isopyroides ve T. sultanabadense (Ranunculaceae)’in Gövde Anatomisi

Abstract

The genus Thalictrum L. (Ranunculaceae) is represented by nine species, three varieties and eleven taxa in the Flora of Turkey. In this
study, stem anatomical features of Thalictrum aquilegifolium L., T. isopyroides C. A. Mey. and T. sultanabadense Stapf are described in
transverse sections and photographs were taken under a light microscope were compared. In the stem structure of the investigated species;
the presence of ergastic suntances in the cortex parenchyma, the number of periskl layer, the number-layer of vascular bundles, the presence
of phloem parenchyma, the layer of rays are determined as separator characters.
