Vitis vinifera L. cv. Uslu Anter Çeperindeki Tapetum Hücrelerinde Görülen Bölünmeler

Özet

The development and the types of division in the tapetum cells in Vitis vinifera L.cv. Uslu were examined by light microscopy. The anther wall consists of epidermis, endotesyum, 1-2 middle layers an one- layered multinucleate tapetum.It was observed that the anther layer is in the type of secretory tapetum and is formed by the cells including enormous nucleate and plentiful cytoplasm. In these cells generally two, sometimes one and mostly 3-8 nuclei were observed.The differences in the dimensions of the nucleate were also determined. Normal mitosis and sticky division were observed in tapetum cells at the same time.
