Vitis vinifera x Vitis berlendieri 41B M.G. Anterlerinde Mayoz Bölünme Kusurları

Özet

In this study on meiosis of polen mother cells in anthers of Vitis vinifera x Vitis berlendieri 41B M.G. ( 2n = 38 ) were examined. In
most microspore mother cells, some irregularities were found, such as chromosomes do not match, the formation of the poles and bridge
irregularly dispersed. The anther wall of Vitis vinifera x Vitis berlendieri 41B M.G. consist of epidermis, endotesyum, 1-2 middle layers, and
multinucleate tapetum. In loculus 8-10 microspore mother cells were observesd.
