Locusta migratoria L. 1758 (Orthoptera, Acrididae)’da Beynin Protocerebrum (Ön Beyin) Bölgesindeki Pars Intercerebralis Hücrelerinin Histolojik Açıdan Değerlendirilmesi

Özet

In this study, the histological structure of pars intercerebralis cells of Locusta migratoria, the African migratory locust, was evaluated with light
microscopic level. Pars intercerebralis cells lied on the anterior midline of the brain, and they found in both lobe of the brain. We observed that
there were three different cell populations in the investigated samples. They classified according to their morphology and contents of cytoplasm.
In addition, we demonstrated that laterally, mushroom bodies were take part in either side of these cells, and also central bodies were located in the
posterior side of them.
