The target of this study is the detection of Gram-negative pathogen bacteria causing diseases in rainbow trout
(Oncorhynchusmykiss) cultured in different regions of Turkey and the prevention of unconscious use of antibacterial
substances by determining their susceptibilities against various antibiotics. For this aim, inoculations were made onto TSA
and BHIA from the internal organs (liver, spleen and kidney) of culturedrainbow trout samples and showing some clinical
signs of diseases. After incubation, based on the morphological and biochemical properties and API 20E profiles, isolates
were identified as Yersinia ruckeri, Vibrio anguillarumand Pseudomonasfluorescens. Due to the disc diffusion method
carried out for the determination of the antibiotic susceptibilities of the isolates, it was detected that all isolates were sensitive
to flumequin, oxytetracycline and florphenicol.
