Bazı Sitokinlerin Hep3B Hücrelerinde CAIX Ekspresyonuna Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Özet

In this work, we have determined the effects of IL-6 and TNF-α cytokines at mRNA level of CAIX that is cancer related one of the isoforms of fifteen
different carbonic anhydrases, in Hep3B cells. Three different time intervals and two different concentrations for each cytokine were analyzed by RT-PCR
technique. CAIX mRNA levels of Hep3B cells were down-regulated by IL-6 and TNF-α at all time points and concentrations. Statistically decrease in the
CAIX mRNA level in Hep3B cells were only at 24 h 100 U/ml and 48 h 100 U/ml TNF-α stimulation.
