in this study.Inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has been used for the determination of the elements in all infusions,
decoctions and plant material.Hypericum amblysepalum conteined the highest concentration of the cadmium (Cd) (2.0286 ppm). The Cd concenterations in some of the other species were the following Urtica urens’de (1,878 ppm), Hypericum lanugmosum var. scabrellum (1.5924 ppm). The highest lead (Pb) accumulation was determined in the Laurus nobilis (0.717ppm). In addition calcium (Ca), potassium (K), phosphorus (P), sodium (Na) ve magnesium (Mg)
concentrations of samples were also determinated.
