Antakya (Hatay)’dan Toplanan Bazı Makrofungus Türlerinde Ağır Metal Birikimi ve Mineral Tayini

Özet

In this study, nine different macrofungi species were used as materials collected from Antakya (Hatay). ICP-AES was used for analysing the
heavy metal and mineral elements in macrofungi taxa (Agaricus bisporus (J.E.Lange) Imbach, Agaricus campestris L. var. campestris, Agrocybe
cylindracea (DC.)Maire, Amanita vittadinii (Moretti) Sacc., Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P. Karst., Macrolepiota excoriata (Schaeff.) Wasser,
Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.) P. Kumm., Pisolithus arrhizus (Scop.) Rauschert, Schizophyllum commune Fr.). Thus, we aimed to determine the
dimensions of heavy metal pollution and to determine the contents of mineral elements of these macrofungi species.
