Nakil, Anestezi ve Hipoksia Uygulanan Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss W. 1792) Yavrularının Kan Kreatinin Düzeylerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

In this study, the effect of transport, anesthesia and hypoxia process on the creatinin levels in the serum of rainbow trout juvenil of was
investigated. For this purpose, 30 fishes which has average weight of 39.5±1.15 g g and average length of 15.2±0.67 cm have been used. It was
found that the creatinin level of the groups which were applied hypoxia significantly increased compared to other groups as statistically (p<0.05),
creatinine level was lowest group were obtained from the anesthetized (p<0.05).
