Farklı Somatik Explantların Çeltikte (Oryza sativa L. cv. Taipei-309) Kallus ve Bitkicik Oluşumuna Etkisi

Özet

Callus induction and plant regeneration from different type of explants was tested in rice Oryza sativa L. cv. Taipei-309. We pursued callus induction from
explants of roots (complete and segments) and complete tillers (nodes+ internodes + leaves) at 11 days of seedling stage. In this research, 3 callus inductions
were obtained from tiller explants and 5 plants were regenerated from these calluses. In addition, 20 calluses from root explants were induced.
