Manisa İli Baraj Göllerinde Bor Kirliliğinin Araştırılması

Özet

This study was conducted to determine the concentration of boron in water taken from the Sevişler Dam Lake, Demirköprü Dam Lake, Avşar
Dam Lake and Gölmarmara Lake in Manisa, between June 2008 - May 2009. According to the results, boron concentrations were found from 0.008
to 3.066 mg/L. The average values were compared with “Environmental Regulations, Water Pollution Control Regulations and Quality Criteria for
Inland Water Resources by Class”. Boron concentrations were found under the inorganic pollution limit values in Sevişler Dam Lake, Demirköprü
Dam Lake and Gölmarmara Lake. Boron concentrations were found above the inorganic pollution limit values in Avşar Dam Lake. Avşar Dam Lake
was determined IV. class (very polluted water) in terms of boron parameter.
