In the growth biology, it is important that the genetic and environmental factors arrange the size of living and their greatness at suitable structures of
its forming. The development in insects carries out in frame of the molecular and physiological mechanisms as well. It was determined that the existed of
insulin signal must be condition in relation with between growth of cells and taking a nutrition. In the present work, the development was followed with the
nutrition quantity in silkworm as well. The development differences in the first (feeding 20g) and second groups (feeding 10g) were studied by designating the
development of control group feeding normal nutrition quantity (30g). According to take the nutrition quantity, it is evident that the second group opposite of
first group appears to extend of larval period and to knit the behavior of late cocoon. Difference of among groups can bind up nutrition-hormone relation. The
reduced of secreted of hormone quantity is known in the lack of nutrition quantity as well. It was appeared that Bombyx mori larvae knitted the cocoon and
were the pupae and moth as directly proportional their greatness. During the larval development, it is an important point that having only the metamorphosis
to pass larvae named critical weight. It is clear that the differences of cocoon dimension affect silk quantity. The passed stages for the development are defined
as the rings of chain in Bombyx mori. Developmental defect seen at larval stage was reached as the last ring and anomalies were appeared too.
