Özet

Environmental subjects, which are taught in Middle Schools, have been compared with the curriculum of Science and Technology Lesson for
6th,7th,8th ,grades given in the Ontario Curriculum and the proportion of environmental subjects by means of the number of topics and the teaching
hours have been examined in this study. In order to have environmental conscious individuals, we must increase the number of topics about the
environment and the teaching hours, which has been concluded during the study, in the curriculum of Science and Tecnology.
