In early period, in the nature conservation perception; in spatial base, of the areas which have individual qualifications of visual and esthetic
have seen to be protected by the passive and strict rules. In last few years especially. with the discussions of the biological diversity, the sustainable
development, the balance of conservation-usage, the natural resources management and the local people participation, mentality of nature protecting
has started to be addressed. In this framework; discussions in many platforms has been carried out how to be shaped in some issues such as the
definition of the balance of the conservation-usage and the tension between requirement and valuation. In some places as a spatial in some version
of an overlapped conservation efforts in some places, it has seen well-settled with not to be damaged sources esp. with the conservation of biological
diversity. From these, Italy- Cinque Terre National Park, is one of the spaces that reflected from the past to present the form of conservation-usage
of people’s harmony. The sample space in the region of Liguria in Italy, has been accepted as a National Park in 1999, as a Unesco World Cultural
Heritage in 1997. In the space, not only the conservation work and terracing that were made for the purpose of maintaining the agricultural activities
of people and residential areas suitable for the space morphology but also the planning between tourism and balance of conservation-usage confront
as a good example. In this context by this article, after making the conceptual explanation, the reasons of being succeed of sample space stated
subjects, such as the balance of conservation-usage, sustainable development and the economic gain of the local people, will be discussed
