Kaynak Alabalığı (Salvelinus fontinalis Mitchill, 1814)’nda Yemleme Sıklığının Büyüme Performansı ve Yem Değerlendirme Oranı Üzerindeki Etkilerin Belirlenmesi

Özet

To determine effects of different feeding strategies on the growth of the Brook trout, total of 720 (2.19±0.48 g and 5.94±0.39 cm) were stocked in one of 9 tanks containing 50 liter water (80 fish per tank). The study was conducted between 06 May 2009 and 23 September 2009. Fish were fed based on different feeding regimes for 140 days. The fish were equally allotted to 3 groups with three replicas (G3: 3 times feeding in a day, G4: 4times feeding in a day and G5: 5 times feeding in a day). At the end of the study, the average length, weight, condition factor and feed conservation ratio in the groups of G3, G4, and G5 were 8.99±1.11 cm, 7.79±3.05 g, 1.04±0.27 and 0.94±0.14; 11.04±1.83 cm, 16.00±8.60 g, 1.09±0.09 and0.99±0.23; 11.26±1.95 cm, 15.41±7.20 g, 1.04±0.19 and 0.93±0.06 (N=30), respectively. Although, length, weight, of the groups G4and G5 were similar, they were significantly different from G3 (p<0.001). FCR and condition factor were similar in the all groups. It is concluded that the best growth was seen in G4 than the others.
