White saprophyte mushrooms reduce by using as source of food big molecules such as cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in trees. Laccase ( E.C.1.10.3.2. p-diphenoloxydase), which make catalysis the oxydation of phenolic substrates in big quantities, is multimeric and monomeric copper-containing in oxydoreductase enzyme category. Laccases are generally used to remove phenolic compounds in wine industry, to transfer dying materials in washing powder and detergent industry because of decolorisation and detoxification specialities of laccases [1,6].In study, the existence of laccase enzyme is determined in white saprophyte mushrooms which are picked from Davutpaşa campus of Yıldız Technical University, produce manganese peroxydase and laccase enzymes as secondary metabolite. In this frame, besidesthe estimation probability of other lignolitic enzymes(manganese peroxydase, ligninase), research ofsome enzymes,
especially which have industrial importance, such as cellulase, poliphenol oxydase, pectinase, is aimed as well. Moreover the role of humic acid which cause the acidity in mushrooms will be investigated during production of these enzymes.
