This study was carried out between 2007 and 2012 in order to determine wild edible fruit of Çoruh Valley, one of the World's richest
regions in respect to biological diversity and at the same time, it is known as one of the most important 34 Threatened Terrestrial
Ecological Regions. The wild fruits have a great socioeconomic significance because of their food and medicinal values. Fruits constitute a
major part of daily food intakes and play an important role in well-balanced diet and maintain healthy living. This study were determined
27 wild edible fruits used by people of the Çoruh Valley .
