Sınıf Öğretmenliği Öğrencilerinin, Sık Görülen Bulaşıcı Hastalıklar İle İlgili Sağlığı Koruma Davranışlarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

This study has been made for evaluating elemantary school teachers candidates’ level of about the common infectious diseases’ behaving of protecting health. This research was carried out with a total of 357 (207 female, 150 male) class teacher candidates from Faculty of Education section of the Cukurova University, The data was obtained in the 2008-2009 academic year by a questionnaire which the researcher was prepared to measure students’ health behaviors. Examined by experts for content validity of the questionnaire was found satisfactory. When the students health behaviors evaulated, it was shown that, students don’t show enough attention to their hand and skin hygiene, foot hygiene, oral and dental health, urinary and excretory system health issues and they behave neglectfully
