Abstract

This research has been aimed to determine species of fishes catched by fishing evaluation their processing in Antalya Bay. The various fishes were caught
from Antalya Bay between September 2005-December 2006. They were systematically investigated and also their processing in process factories. Total 58
species belongs to 42 family have been found. The arranges of density of processed fish in processing plants constituates as bonito (Sarda sarda), sardine
(Sardina pilchardus), red mullet (Mullus surmuletus), spanish mackerel (Scomber japonicus), shrimp (Penaeus semisulcatus) respectively.
